SINGLE IVF CYCLE COST
- Doctor Consult and FDA Mandated IVF Testing: $1,500-2,500
These expenses may be covered by your health insurance plan. Our office will work closely with you to determine your insurance benefits and your financial responsibility.
- IVF Treatment Costs: $8,710.00
This amount includes physician fee, your nurse visits, ultrasound and estrogen monitoring, egg retrieval, embryology laboratory services, embryo transfer and your first blood pregnancy test.
- IVF Medications: $3,000-4,500
Your medication cost will vary depending on your individual response to the treatment. The medications include gonadotropin injections and supplies, progesterone suppositories, HCG injection and Lupron or GnRH antagonist.
MULTI-CYCLE IVF PACKAGE
- 3 IVF CYCLES - $17,980
- Includes two fresh and one frozen cycle or up to three fresh IVF cycles if you have no frozen embryos available.

DONOR EGG IVF COST: $15,788 (per recipient)
BocaFertility offers substantial cost reduction with our new shared donor egg IVF program. Typically a donor undergoes IVF stimulation and the eggs are randomly divided between two recipient couples. The advantage of this program is a 50% cost reduction compared to traditional donor egg IVF while maintaining high donor egg IVF pregnancy rates.
